Jamie is responsible for commercial lettings, driving deal flow, overseeing planning initiatives and leads on all property refurbishments. His approach ensures that properties are not only functional but also aesthetically distinctive, enhancing their market appeal and value.
Key Responsibilities
One of Jamie’s key responsibilities is managing the office portfolio which encompasses over 170,000 square foot of commercial floorspace spread across 15 different buildings. Jamie adopts a pro-active and hands on approach to commercial property management and understands the value of developing strong working relationships with all the businesses in his portfolio. This approach enables him to understand the individual requirements of each business to ensure Launcelot delivers exceptional service to all its clients which in turns contributes towards high tenant retention and low vacancy rate across the portfolio. Jamie also oversees the retail and industrial portfolio jointly with Matt.
Background
Jamie is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University and Westminster University. Prior to joining Launcelot Jamie worked at Frieze, Christie’s and Standard Chartered Bank.
